Nancy's Oriental Broccoli Slaw

Ingredients

    Dressing:
    3 Tbs red wine vinegar
    2 Tbs sugar
    ΒΌ cup olive oil

    Salad:
    1 pkg broccoli slaw mix
    1 pkg slivered almonds
    2 Tbs sesame seeds
    1 pkg Ramen Chicken Soup mix
    3 green onions, sliced

Directions

1. Combine vinegar, sugar, olive oil, and soup seasoning package in a small saucepan.
Heat until sugar is dissolved. Let cool.

2. Toast almonds and sesame seeds. Let cool.

3. Toast broken up ramen noodles lightly and allow to cool. Place in container until
ready to serve.

4. While dressing is cooling, put broccoli slaw and sliced green onions in bowl.

5. Pour cooled dressing over slaw mixture.

6. Add cooled almonds & sesame seeds to slaw & dressing. Stir.

7. Refrigerate overnight.

8. Stir in ramen noodles just before serving.
