Mexican Chili

Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 lbs Pork - sirloin or roast
    1 tbsp diced jalapenos, canned
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 can pinto beans

Directions

Let pork cook in crock pot several hours until tender. Drain juices.

In blender, combind 1 tbsp jalapenos (more for HOT, less for mild) and tomotoes. Blend 30 secs or so.

Break apart pork into bite size chunks. Add tomato/jal sauce to pork in crock. Drain pinto beans and add to the pork.

Cook for another hour. Serve with warm flour tortillas - to be eaten "fajita style".
