3 Bean Salad

    1 Can Garbanzo Beans (15 oz)
    1 Can Green Beans (15 oz)
    1 Can Red Kidney Beans (15 oz)
    1/2 Red Onion
    3/4 c Splenda
    3/4 c Red Wine Vinegar
    2 Tbsp Canola Oil


Drain and rinse all beans. Mix vinegar, splenda and oil. Add sliced onion. Mix together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Makes six 1/2 cup servings
