Roasted Potato Wedges

Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 medium potatoes with skin scrubbed, halved & quartered or eighth-ed
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 teaspoons beef base (refrigerated type)
    1 tablespoon minced, dried onions

Directions

In a medium mixing bowl, wisk together olive oil, beef base and dried onions. Add in prepared potatoes, stir until coated. Put into shallow, baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake along side main dish or by itself in a 350˚ oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown with some crispy edges. I will look for a different beef base as the one I used is VERY high in sodium. I think a powdered bouillon would work well too.
