Introduction

This is a perfect start to your morning, a hot apple cinnamon filling in a toasted pita bread, add a cup of cold milk with that and you will have a healthy and delicious breakfast for snack! This is a perfect start to your morning, a hot apple cinnamon filling in a toasted pita bread, add a cup of cold milk with that and you will have a healthy and delicious breakfast for snack!

Ingredients

    1 - Small Apple Peeled and Sliced or Diced
    1tsp - Splenda ( or Your Sweetner of Choice)
    1/4 tsp - Cinnamon
    1 tsp - Vanilla
    1 tsp - Margarine
    1/2 - 6" Whole Wheat Pita Bread

Directions

Place the apple, spenda, cinnamon, vanilla & margarine in a microwave safe bowl, and cook for one minute at medium heat, 2 minutes if you like your apples firm. While your apple is cooking toast the pita bread on medium to high until hot and toasty. Once the apple is done fill your pita bread with it and enjoy.
