Ingredients

    1//4 cup frozen banana chopped
    1/4 cup frozen chopped pineapple
    1/4 cup frozen chopped mango
    15 blueberries
    2tbls flax seed or flax seed meal(if using the seeds don't forget to grind them)
    2 tbls kretchmer wheat germ
    1/2 cup naked juice berry blast
    1 oz all in one dietery supplement fruits and vegetables

Directions

If you have all the fruits chopped up and in the freezer all ready all you got to do is put everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Verry feeling
