Tomato Phyllo Pie
Submitted by: CHELENOIntroduction
Serve with salad for a great vegetarian meal. This recipe is based on 14x18-inch phyllo sheets, rolling the rim to make a 9x13 tart. The original recipe called for only 1/2 cup feta, but I love feta and have doubled it here. Serve with salad for a great vegetarian meal.
