1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
1 # ground beef
onion to taste
20 oz. diced tomatoes, undrained
2/3 cup frozen corn
8 oz. chopped green chilies
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup cilantra (opt)
Brown the ground beef with the onion. Drain and rinse.
Add the remaining ingredients. Add the cooked macaroni.
Heat thoroughly and serve with a green salad.
