Ingredients

Stuffing
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion
1 15 oz. can of peas
1 15 oz. can of green beans
2 tbs parsley, dried
1 tsp paprika
1 large egg
6 servings of Instant mashed potatoes:
2 c. of Idaho Spuds Instant Potatoes
2 c. water
3 tbs. margarine
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
3/4 cup milk 2%, if use whole milk

Sauce:
2 tbs. margarine
2 tbs. flour
1 cup beef broth...I used 1 c. water mixed with 1 packet of beef ramen noodle seasoning
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
Directions
brown grd beef in a skillet.
chop onion and add to beef. salt and pepper to taste. cook for 5 minutes.
set aside
prepared Idaho Spuds
if you buy the box the directions are on the back of the box. Only 6 servings need to ba made
in another pot put in the flour and butter. cook for 2 minutes
add in beef broth, wocesterchire sauce, paprika, and parsley
cook for 5 minutes or until thick
add to grd beef and onion mixture.
add canned peas and green beans to grd beef and mix.
preheat broiler
spray a 9x9 baking dish with pam.
add beef mixture.
Top evenly with mashed potatoes
put under broiler until potatoes are browned
