Introduction

Ingredients

    8 oz Ground Turkey Sausage
    16 oz lean pround beef, 93%
    1 tsp garlic powder
    4 tsp taco seasoning
    28 oz can Stewed Tomato
    1 cup frozen corn
    1 can black beans, drained & rinsed
    2 cups cooked brown rice

Directions

1. Cook rice according to package directions
2. Brown meat & add seasonings
3. Combine rice & remaining ingredients to meat & stir, heat through.
4. Makes 8 - 1.5 cup servings
