My husband used to leave most of his rice on his plate, but when I started making it this way he started going for seconds -- especially when I make one of the variations listed in the recipe. Ingredients

2 cups dry instant brown rice
1 3/4 cups Pacific Natural Foods Chicken Broth, low sodium
1 Tsp margarine
Directions
Place broth & rice in pan, cover & heat to boil 5 min, reduce heat & let simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat & let stand 5 minutes then add margarine & stir until melted and evenly coated
Variations to add to basic recipe for different flavors:
Mexican -- 1/2 tsp cumin & 1/2 tsp chili powder
Italian -- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
