Quick, Easy & Affordable. With the high gas prices these days many of us are eating at home more. This recipe is affordable and makes lots more gas than you can buy at the pump. :-) Quick, Easy & Affordable. With the high gas prices these days many of us are eating at home more. This recipe is affordable and makes lots more gas than you can buy at the pump. :-)

Ingredients

    15 oz. can black beans
    15oz can great northern beans
    16oz can fat free refried beans
    15oz can no salt added whole kernel corn
    10oz can Old El Paso hot enchilada sauce
    1pkg Old El Paso 40% lower taco seasoning

Directions

Makes 10 - 1C servings

Cheap, cheap, cheap....around 50 cents per serving. I used the Great Value (Wal-Mart) Brand of everything (unless noted otherwise).

Dump all ingredients (no draining) into a large pot. Heat through. Serve. Enjoy!!
