Sriracha Glazed Chicken & Onions

Introduction

I believe I found this on Cooking Light. You can use chicken thighs or breasts and add as much "heat" as you can stand.

There was probably enough for 3 people here but we ate it all ourselves. It was THAT good.

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    11 oz bonless/skinless Chicken Thigh,
    Hoisin Sauce, 3 tbsp
    Ketchup, Heinz, 1 tbsp
    Hot Chili Sauce, 1/2 tsp (a/k/a Sriracha Sauce)
    Olive Oil, 1 tsp
    2 Onions, sliced
    1 tbsp bottled minced ginger
    3 tbsp bottled minced garlic
    Curry powder, 3/4 tsp

Directions

Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat;
Add onion and saute until tender.
Slice chicken into 1 " slices
Add ginger and remaining ingredients;
Saute until the chicken is done;

Meanwhile, combine hoisin, ketchup and hot sauce in a small bowl; mix well.

When the chicken is done, stir in the hoisin mixture and cook for 1 minute; toss to coat.

Serve over rice.

SOOOOO GOOD!
