Veggie Fajita Wraps

Introduction

This is a tasty quick dinner. I usually make extra veggies to eat on the side. This is a tasty quick dinner. I usually make extra veggies to eat on the side.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 Cup Broccoli
    1 Cup Mushrooms
    1/2 Cup Onion
    1/2 Cup Zucchini
    1 Yellow Bell Pepper
    2 Tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    Dash of Red Chili Pepper Flakes
    4 MultiGrain Tortillas
    1/2 Cup 2% Chedder Cheese
    4 Tbsp. Salsa

Directions

In a wok heat olive oil and throw in veggies. Mix in chili pepper flakes and cook for 4-5 minutes. You want the veggies to be crisp.
Warm Tortillas in oven. Once veggies are done and tortillas are warm, sprinkle cheese on tortillas add veggies and 1 Tbsp. of salsa per tortilla. Wrap 'em up and enjoy!
2 Wraps per serving.
