Pork Chops & Gravy

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 pork loin chops
    1/8 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp sage
    1/2 tsp marjoram

    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1 clove mixed garlic
    1 cup fresh mushrooms
    3/4 cup Pacific Natural Foods Low Sodium Chicken Broth

    1/3 cup fat free sour cream
    1 Tbsp white flour

Directions

1.) Mix sage, marjoram, salt, pepper & rub evenly onto all sides of chops. Place in medium heat skillet & sautee

2.) Remove chops from pan & set aside when cooked, add garlic, mushrooms & onions -- sautee 1-2 minutes then add broth and heat to boil, reduce heat & simmer 2-3 minutes

3) In a bowl whisk flour & sour cream & 3 Tbsp of pan broth together & then pour mixture into pan & whisk until it thickens.
