Ingredients

1 veggie burger, thawed
2 oz pasta
1/2 C mushrooms, sliced
1/2 C green pepper, in strips
1-2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp corn starch
1/4 C vegetable broth
1 tsp curry powder
Directions
Cook pasta, drain.
Chop veggie burger and cook slightly.
Saute mushrooms and green peppers til wilted. Add crushed garlic , veggie burger and curry powder.
Mix corn starch with vegetable broth. Add to vegetable misture. Heat and spoon over pasta.
