Ingredients

    3 large bananas
    3/4 C Splenda
    1 egg
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 1/2 C flour
    1/3 C unsweetened applesauce
    1/2c. Chocolate chips

Directions

Mash bananas
add sugar and egg
add applesauce
add dry ingredients
mix in chocolate chips
Bake for 15- 18 minutes at 375
Makes 16 muffins
