Ingredients

    3/4cup white flour
    3/4cup whole wheat flour
    2 tbsp sugar
    1cup milk
    1 large egg
    1 cup pumpkin puree
    1 banana mashed
    1tsp vanilla extract

Directions

use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to spoon out batter into the frying pan that way you have exactly the right size for kids and a healthy portion for adults.

  • I added 1 tsp of baking powder and 1/2 tsp baking soda to help these rise like regular pancakes. I thought they were good. My husband and son just thought they were o.k. - 11/15/08
