Introduction

Quick and Easy Fruit Cocktail Pudding Cake that is very moist. May serve with whipped cream or Dream Whip. Quick and Easy Fruit Cocktail Pudding Cake that is very moist. May serve with whipped cream or Dream Whip.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 cup white sugar
    1 cup flour
    1 egg
    1 tsp soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 #2 1/2 size (3 1/2 C) can fruit cocktail, drained
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

Beat white sugar, flouir, ett, soda, salt and fruit cocktail (drained) together.
Pour in greased 9 X 9 pan.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup chopped nuts mixed together.
Bake at 350 degrees F about 1 hour.
Serve with whipped cream or Dream Whip (not calculated in recipe)
