Ingredients

Almond granola bar 1 serving equal to 140 calories (I used Kashli Almond Flax)
    Blueberries, fresh washed, 1 cup
    Peaches, fresh, 1 cup slices
2 - 4 oz servings of Dannon Activia Vanilla Yogurt *
Optional : Light whipped cream or Non Dairy Topper (Not Caculated)

*Any good lowfat vanilla yogurt can be used, I used regular lowfat, but you could use light (Usually any product containing artificial sweetners)

Directions

Use 2 clear glass parfait cups, wine glasses, or champagne flutes. Spoon pretty layers of fruit and yogurt into cups. Start with a berry layer on the bottom. Followed by 1/2 of each cup of yogurt. Then split the peaches between the two cups for the middle layer. Spoon in the other half of the yogurt. Finally layer/divide the rest of the berries. Crumble the granola bar and sprinkle on top. Chill briefly or eat immediately!!

Optional: Add light whipped topping before adding the granola for a more decorative touch!
