8 cups blueberries, billberries or huckleberries
3 cups rhubarb, chopped into 1-inch pieces
1 teaspoon lemon rind, gratted
1 cup water
4 cups granulated sugar
Remove form the heat, skim off foam, & stir for 3-5 minutes to suspend fruit evenly throughout the jam. Fill sterilized jars & seal.
Makes 7 to 8 half pint jars.
