Skinless Chicken Breasts, 5-6
200g Brown Basmati Rice
1 big (2 small) Zucchini
200g Quark (Plain Yogurt as substitute)
200g Cheese, preferably reduced fat
Spices, e.g. garlic powder, herbes de provence
Cook rice as instructed
Dice / Slice Veggies as preferred
Dice cooked chicken
Add everything but the cheese in a good sized pan
Bake for about 45 min on about 350Â°F (180Â°C), possibly longer if you want the vegetables to be softer.
Add spices, cover with cheese, bake for about 15 min until cheese is melted and golden.
Makes about 10x 250g Servings
