Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups pineapple or pineapple/orange/banana juice
    2 scoops unflavored protein powder, such as 100% Any Whey
    1 cup frozen berries
    2 bananas
    *honey (optional)-1 tablespoon or to taste
    4-6 tablespoons flax seed meal


Directions

Blend first two ingredients until mixed thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients and blend. 3 servings.
