Spaghetti and peppers

Introduction

I made this one day looking for a new way to eat spaghetti. I didn't want any sauce. This is my creation. I made this one day looking for a new way to eat spaghetti. I didn't want any sauce. This is my creation.

Ingredients

    1/2 # of dry thin spaghetti
    1 1/2 green pepper
    1 1/2 red, yellow, or orange pepper
    2 T of olive oil
    2 cloves of garlic, crushed

Directions

Cook pasta according to package instructions.
Cut peppers to desired size (I cut in strips and then again in half).
Pour the olive oil in a heated pan. Add peppers and garlic. Cook until tender.
Add to cooked pasta. Enjoy!
