Cranberry Pecan Granola

Introduction

Easy Sugar Free Granola Easy Sugar Free Granola
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3 cups Old Fashioned Oats
    1/4 cup fruit sweetened cranberries
    1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional-may substitute for other nuts also)
    1/2 cup Splenda
    1 tbsp honey
    2 tbsp SF syrup


Directions

Combine all ingredients, mix well until oats are well coated with syrup and honey.
Turn onto cookie sheet.
Bake at low heat 225-250 for about an hour, turning every 10-15 minutes until desired crunchiness.
You can alter this mix to suit your taste by changing the ingredients around, such as exchanging almond slices for pecans, or raisins for cranberries.
This granola is a good alternative to the sugar-laden ones found at the supermarket.
