    5 oz. fresh cod fish
1 tsp. Mrs. Dash lemon pepper seasoning
    pinch of salt
    lemon juice

Directions

  • Tasted good and was fast and easy. Even the husband liked it!

The more that I fix this, the more I love it. We've had it a few times now. It is so easy, and since it is poached, so healthy. I am thinking that I could do it with other things besides lemon pepper...maybe some Cajun spice. Yumm - 4/30/13
