1/2 C organic fat free plain yogurt
1/2 C V8 Splash Smoothie, Tropical Colada
1.2 medium banana, frozen
1/2 C mango, sliced
1 TBSP ground flax seed
stevia to taste
1 1/2 C ice
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Makes one large post workout recovery smoothie or two regular smoothies.
