Introductioneasy, quick & delicious chicken recipie easy, quick & delicious chicken recipie
4 (6 oz ea) boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Sherry (Cream or Dry)
1 cup Honey
1 onion sliced
Place chicken into baking pan (if you put tin foil in the bottom of the pan first, you don't have to scrub it clean after!)
Line the bottom of the pan with the onions
Cut small slits into the chicken & then pour sherry/honey mixture over chicken, bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes
Serve on brown rice or with vegetables. YUMMY!
