Crabby-Cado Sandwich

Introduction

A tasty lunch time menu. Serve it with baked pita chips and green grapes for a perfect noontime meal. (My husband also likes a slice of onion in his sandwich.) A tasty lunch time menu. Serve it with baked pita chips and green grapes for a perfect noontime meal. (My husband also likes a slice of onion in his sandwich.)
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 small whole wheat pita or two slices Pepperidge farm wheat thin sliced bread
    3 oz. Imitation Crab
    1 slice red bell pepper
    1 Tbsp sour cream
    1 slice avocado (1 oz)
    Seasoning

Directions

Spread avocado on the inside of the pita or on one side of the bread. Add pepper slice and Imitation crab. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder or a combination seasoning. Add sourcream on top of the pile or spread on the other piece of bread. Grill lightly for 1 minute in a sandwich maker or George Forman grill.
