    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 12 tbsp
    Mixed Fruit 4 oz. can, with juice
    Complete Pancake Mix, 1 cup
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium
    Raisins, .75 cup, packed
    2 8 oz Fat Free Light Yogurt, any flavor
    Egg, fresh, 1 jumbo or 2 small
    Pumpkin Pie spice, 2 tbsp
    Lite Maple Syrup, .50 cup
    Kellogg's All-Bran Buds Cereal, 1 cup
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp

Directions

mix dry ingredients together..
mix moist ingredients together with mashed banana...
fold in raisins
spread in oblong pan apprx 10x12
bake in 325 degree oven about 25 mins
cut in 20 sections
