I use the BacOs to make it vegetarian and Smart Balance for the omega-3's but feel free to use what you like. (Or, since we're all here to improve our habits, that you *want* to get used to liking!) Ingredients

* *BacOs Bacon Bits, 1.5 tbsp
* Romaine Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded
* Pepper, black, 2 dash
* Smart Balance omega plus light mayonnaise dressing, .5 tbsp
* Red Ripe Tomatoes, 0.25 cup cherry tomatoes (three or four)
* Bread, mixed-grain (includes whole-grain, 7-grain), 2 slice
* *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp
Directions
Assemble your ingredients.
Toast the bread if desired.
Shred the lettuce.
Cut your cherry tomatoes in halves or quarters (or chop)... however you like.
Mix the dressing, pepper, and mustard together on one piece of the bread.
Top with the Bacon Bits, tomatoes, and a large handful of lettuce.
Add the other slice of bread and you're done!
Serves 1 - but you can expand on this and cut into quarters for a party or picnic.
