I made this with a slight variations...I halved the recipe, using ony 1 can of soup & 1 can of milk, and added 1/3 c of diced green pepper & 1/3 c of diced yellow onion. Baked in a greased 9X13 baking dish at 350, covered with foil so it wouldn't dry out while baking. Thanks DANNI10 for inspiring!! - 3/9/10

  • I have salt problems. So I cut down on the soups added. Used granulated garlic instead of garlic salt.

2lbs ground beef is 1 serving? Seems a bit off. Sounds tasty though! - 1/12/11
