Corndog Muffins

Introduction

Ingredients

    6 Oscar Mayer 98% Fat Free Turkey Hotdogs
    1pkg Martha White Yellow Corn Muffin Mix
    1/2 C Water

Directions

Makes 6 muffins (2 per person)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Using a greased 6 cup muffin tin chop each hotdog up into small pieces and place inside each tin. In a small mixing bowl combine the cornbread mix and water. Fill each muffin cup with equal amounts of muffin mix.

Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown.

  • These sound very good, and I think my boys would love them! I might try chopping some vegetables in the food processor and blending them into the mix, so my stepson will eat vegetables! - 7/31/08
