Ingredients

    red pepper, red onion, garlic scapes, fresh beet greens, tomato, broccoli, gouda & feta chees, eggs, flour, milk, salt & dill weed

Directions

saute red pepper, onion, garlic.
Add beet greens and broccoli, layer in pie dish. add gouda cheese. mix eggs, flour. milk , eggs & dill. layer on veggies add tomato pieces and feta to top. Cook uncovered for 40 minutes, until golden brown. This recipe works with any fresh garden veggies.. makes 6 servings.
