Crock Pot Chicken

Introduction

This is fast and easy and very MOIST!
Servings is based on a 5 pound chicken- 1 pound per serving

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Whole Chicken 3-5 lbs
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    1/3 cup Olive Oil
    1 tsp Worcesteshire Sauce
    2 tsp lemon juice
    2 tbs minced garlic
    1/3 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup honey
    2 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
    1 tsp sesame oil

Directions

Remove giblets and skins from chicken
mix all ingredients together.

if you want put onions on the bottom of the crock pot, add chicken, top with the sauce.

Cook low for 8 hours, high for 4 hours.

I like it best served over egg noodles. VERY moist.

  • Very very moist chicken and so easy to do!! Falls off the bone. But it needs a bit more zing in the flavor so add salt/pepper and a bit more worcestershire I think. - 8/19/08
