Servings is based on a 5 pound chicken- 1 pound per serving
Whole Chicken 3-5 lbs
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/3 cup Olive Oil
1 tsp Worcesteshire Sauce
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbs minced garlic
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
mix all ingredients together.
if you want put onions on the bottom of the crock pot, add chicken, top with the sauce.
Cook low for 8 hours, high for 4 hours.
I like it best served over egg noodles. VERY moist.
