1 15oz can of Chick Peas ( I used Kroger Brand Chick Peas
1 TBSP Organic Tahini ( I used Arrowhead Mills Organic Sesame Tahini)
The juice of one fresh lemon (approximately 2 TBSP)
2 TBSP Olive Oil
2 cloves of garlic
2 tsp salt (or to taste)
1 tsp black pepper (or to taste)
The yield is 1.5 cup of hummus (24 TBSP).
This makes 12 servings of 2 TBSP each.
