Jalapeno Hummus

Ingredients

    1 17 oz. can of chickpeas
    1 tbsp tahini
    2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
    1 tbsp sour cream, light
    3 tsp garlic, minced
    1/2 jalapeno pepper, chopped
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

In a food processor combine first five ingredients until blended. Add in the jalapeno pepper. Process until blended. Add in the salt and pepper, process until blended. Chill for 1 hour before serving. 1 serving = 3 tbsp.
