Introduction

Another easy yet delicious recipe I found that my Grandmother used to make me.I would never eat salads when I was young so she would always make me jello salads to get me to eat them.It worked everytime. Another easy yet delicious recipe I found that my Grandmother used to make me.I would never eat salads when I was young so she would always make me jello salads to get me to eat them.It worked everytime.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 pkg.green sugar free jello
    1cup hot water
    1/2 cup low fat mayo
    1/2 cup cold water
    1/4tsp salt
    2 Tbs vinegar
    1 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
    1/2 cup shredded carrot
    & 1/2 cup diced celery
    Dissolve jello
    Blend in mayo,cold water ,vinegar, & salt.
    Chill 20 minutes ,pour in blender
    Blend until fluffy
    Mix w/ remaining ingredients in mold or just a bowl. Let chill & set (about 2 hours) You can decorate the top a little if you want.It always looked so special when I was a kid.
