Tarragon Tuna Salad

Introduction

Great on a sandwich OR serve it scooped into a split tomato on a bed of lettuce with a side of fruit! Great on a sandwich OR serve it scooped into a split tomato on a bed of lettuce with a side of fruit!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 6oz can - Light Tuna in water (drain)
    2 TSP - Light Mayo
    1/4 c. - Onion
    1/2 lg - Tomato (diced)
    1 stalk - Celery (chopped)
    1 tsp - Garlic powder
    Dash - Pepper (black)
    Dash - Salt (prefer sea salt)
    1/8 tsp - Tarragon

Directions

Drain tuna. Add all other ingredients to tuna and mix well. Chill.

HINT: If you don't want to wait for the "chilling", then place the can of tuna in the refrigerator a couple of hours ahead of time or the night before.
