3 sheets of sushi
1 bowl of instant sticky rice
spread sticky rice with a butter knife onto bottom third of sheet.
using a m andolin set to 1/4" slice veggies and place in center of rice.
Wet your hand and wipe the top half of each sheet.
Gently pick up the loaded have and roll as tightly as posisble. Slice each large roll into 6 pieces.
