Introductionfluffy Pancakes fluffy Pancakes
1 cup 2% milk
1 large egg
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp brown sugar [or less]
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
Add the milk, egg, oil, vanilla and sugar to a 4 cup mixing pitcher and whisk well.
Add the baking powder and flour and stir until blended.
Pour 1/4 of the batter onto a hot griddle or frying pan.
Cook until bubbles appear in the batter, then flip.
Cook until golden brown on the other side.
Top with fruit or favourite toppings.
