Ingredients

    1/2 Onion, finely chopped
    3/4th cup whole wheat flour
    1/4 cup water, or semi-skimmed milk (the calories are calulated for the recipe without milk)
    1 tsp salt
    1 chili peppers (finely chopped)
    10g Low-fat Butter
    1.5 tsp oil

Directions

In a bowl, mix the finely chopped onions, chili peppers, salt and butter. Mix well.
Add the flour, and add the water/milk. This recipe requires very little water, so you should add just enough to make the dough hard.

Once the dough is ready, seperate into 2 balls.

Flatten each ball to form a not-too-thin circle and cook on a hot non-stick pan. Reduce heat to low.

After about a min, flip it over, and cook on the other side, meanwhile to the already half cooked side you add half teaspoon of oil, or simply brush with oil. After a minute or two, flip it over and brush oil on the other side.
This has to be cooked on low heat otherwise it will taste uncooked.

Cook for about 2-3 mins on each side.

Serve hot, with yougurt, or chutney, or tea.
