Ingredients

    1 lb beef stew meat
    1/2 med onion sliced
    1 (10 oz) pkg frozen broccoli
    1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
    2 tbs. sugar

Directions

slice stew meat thin...like the beef looks in regular chinese food

brown meat in skillet on high heat

combine teriyaki sauce and sugar

add onion, broccoli, & sauce after meat is brown

cover and cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes

  • Hubby and I both love this - so easy to make, but so good! I did cook the meat in olive oil to get my oils in and added mushrooms, as well. Excellent - thanks for sharing with us! - 3/8/09

  • The overall flavor was alright, would be better with a little more sauce & some garlic or something. Also flank steak might be better than stew meat. - 9/3/08
