1 pound lean turkey, cooked 1 sm. onion, chopped 24 oz. spaghetti sauce 1 can diced tomatoes, drained 1 cup FF sour cream 16 oz. pasta of your choosing 1/2 cup RF parmesan cheese, grated
Cook pasta and drain. Brown beef. After beef has been drained, cook chopped onion until transluscent. Mix beef, spaghetti sauce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, parmesan cheese in same pan. Gently mix in pasta. I reserve a little parm cheese for topping. Pour into 9x13 casserole dish. Bake in preheated 375* oven for 25 minutes. Serves 8.
