Introduction

This was inspired after tasting the new fruity Starbuck's drinks. I was impressed with the taste, but the sugar and calories involved made it a no go for my meal plans. So I created this substitute that tastes just like the one I sampled-and is far better for you! This was inspired after tasting the new fruity Starbuck's drinks. Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Mango, chopped
    1 Scoop Nectar Fuzzy Navel Protien Powder
    1/2 Cup Ice
    8oz Water

Directions

Blend all in blender. Serve in glass.
