Ingredients

    1 large cooked head of cauliflower
    3/4 cup dehydrated potato flakes
    3/4 cup light sour cream
    1 packet onion soup
    3/4 milk

Directions

steam 1 whole head of cauliflower (15 minutes in steamer or until fork tender) in food processor place HOT cooked cauliflower, potatoes, milk, sour cream and onion soup mix, blend until smooth.
