Chicken Salad with Grapes and PecansSubmitted by: DTBUTLER1
IntroductionGood summer salad especially on a hot day. Good summer salad especially on a hot day.
4 chicken breasts
1 cup seedless grapes (red or green)
1/2 cup of chopped pecans
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
Boil chicken w/salt, and pepper.
Let chicken cool and shred. While chicken cooking, chop pecans and cut grapes in half. Mix with mayo- salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate - serve over salad or in a pita - so good!

I make the same chicken salad, but I add grapes and apples. My family loves it. - 8/23/08

I've made it with apples when I don't have grapes but I've never mixed grapes and apples. I'll have to try it next time.
