Introduction

I use store bought mac & cheese, but you can make it from scratch to improve the nutrition facts. I use store bought mac & cheese, but you can make it from scratch to improve the nutrition facts.

Ingredients

    Mac & cheese, 3 boxes, use 2% milk for nutrition info used here
    30 salad olives, with pimientos
    1 can campbell's healthy request cream of mushroom soup, 10 3/4 oz
    1 (15 oz) can sweet peas
    2 (6oz) cans of chunk light tuna in water

Directions

Cook mac & cheese according to package directions. precook the peas. add tuna, cream of mushroom soup (uncooked), olives and peas to the mac & cheese. put in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees until heated through and browned on top.
