Introduction

Ingredients

    Water, 48 cups
    6lbs organic split peas
    Wyler's Sodium-Free Chicken broth,
    12T
    395g carrots, finely grated
    140g Diced Onion
    Basil & Thyme

Directions

Soak peas in water a bit. Start up the heat, boil, while preparing the rest. (unconcentrate by adding 18c more water)

Grate carrot, dice onion, (ham is additional) throw it all in with broth granules and herbs.
