Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 1 crust, single 9"
6 Egg whites
Â¼ cup Splenda Granular
butter, light, unsalted, 3 Tbsp
Flour, whole grain, 1 Tbsp
Vanilla Extract, 1 Â½ tsp
Mrs. Butterworth Sugar Free Syrup, 1 cup
Brown Sugar, 0.5 cup, packed
Pecans, 1.5 cup, halves
2 Sprinkle the chopped nuts over the pie crust.
3 In a large bowl whisk together the maple syrup, brown sugar, eggs, white sugar, melted butter and vanilla.
4 Pour the filling over nuts and crust (do not mix).
5 Bake for about 50-60 minutes, or until filling is set and slightly puffed.
6 Transfer to a rack and cool completely.
